When should I book a session?

It is never too early to book your Newborn session. With more notice we have more flexibility with dates, especially if baby decides to arrive early! The optimal window for newborn photos is within 10 days of baby being born. I’m sorry to say - they grow and change so quickly, and we want to get the most newborn-like look!

How long are the sessions? What can I expect?

Be prepared to spend up to 2 hours with me. This gives the baby time to settle and for me to take my time with each pose. This also allows breaks for feeding and diaper changing.

What should I bring?

We will discuss ahead of time specifics for your session, but if you have any special items that you’d like in the photos, feel free to bring them along. Please dress baby in easy to remove clothing, preferably something that doesn’t need to be pulled above the head to avoid upsetting or waking up the baby.
